Terms and Conditions / Gator Bowl Travel Package

Accommodations:

Package rates are based on single (1 in a room), double (2 in a room), triple (3 in a room) or quad (4 in a room). Rates are quoted per person.

Tips and Taxes:

Service charges and taxes on package is included, including accommodations. Not included are tip for personal services, or to guides, drivers, and hotel staff.

Payments:

Credit card payment via online secure payment systems. To register for a package online, complete the registration and include your credit card information. This information is confidential. You may also call us to complete payment on your order, if preferred.

Full payment is due at time of booking. Packages are nonrefundable. You may purchase an insurance policy to protect your investment. Please call our office for this information.

Game Seats:

Game seats included in your purchased package are lower bowl seating. Once package is reserved, we can advise you of your seat locations soon after. Should lower bowl seating be unavailable or sold out, you will be advised of seats available and have right to accept or decline.

Cancellation conditions:

Refund of full payments/deposits(less $50 administration fee) will be made up to November 15, 2008. If cancellation occurs after November 15, the package is nonrefundable. Again, we recommend travel protection and will forward to you once package is reserved.

Gator Bowl Travel , while we accept Gator bowl reservations, are not liable for faults or defaults of other companies and/or persons used to complete tour services. Gator Bowl Travel is not liable for accidents, riots, political unrest, acts of God and war, baggage losses, or strikes.
